Friday May 17, 2019 - Reid Harbor

The forecast for the wind today has been "bad" for awhile. We had a few gusts come through in the night and make some noise but not too bad. The morning wasn't terrible, but we're pretty sure it's not a day to be out in the dinghy prawning. Eagles Gig invited us over for fresh baked scones in the morning which were wonderful.

B&S headed off for a walk to the Lighthouse but we decided to stay on the boat and do some work. We had some lunch and continued fussing on the boat. About 3:00 we decided it was time for us to do a short walk so we dinghy'd to shore. Ended up talking to a couple from a sailboat who were new to the area about best places to go in the San Juan's and how far north to go in the summer.



Back to the boats for another BBQ dinner - hot dogs (sausages) and no dachshund's were harmed in the making of dinner!
